I have been giving this same advice to candidates for over 30 years, normally receiving skepticism and disbelief:
- You need to show your quantified accomplishments.
Do you think creating a great resume is too hard and too time-consuming?
How about landing in a job that makes you miserable? Or one that doesn’t really use your skills and experience and offers no way to advance?
It’s worth the extra work to make your resume work for you and help land you in a position where you can thrive.
