As a Business Owner, What Keeps You Up at Night?

by Rich Bond

What keeps you up at night? If you are like many of the business owners I know, it is uncertainty, particularly as our country and the world are preparing for the “reopening.”

You want to know what to expect. What will your company’s sales and profits be? Will you have enough cash?

Solid companies with good people and strong products often face uncertainty because of insufficient financial information. They make decisions based on quarterly financial statements issued by a bookkeeper or accountant, which only show what has happened so far. There is nothing to illuminate what is likely to happen in the upcoming quarters or year. Nothing to point the way to the future. This approach is fraught with risk and foregoes many opportunities.

There is, however, a different path you can take, which I explain in this three-minute video. You’ll hear how a business owner like you was able to use financial information and analysis to change the course of the business.
