We often operate with many clients strictly as a contingent recruiter where a client only pays for performance. With larger companies with ongoing hiring needs, we are interested in potentially working toward some sort of a modified retainer arrangement. There are occasions where a recruitment is so unique or specialized that we will ask for an upfront commitment fee in the $5,000 to $10,000 range.
Our business model is cost effective because it is results-based. In fact, we actually guarantee our results. If we are paid a full fee (30% of base and bonus) within 30 days of a candidate starting, we offer a FULL MONEY-BACK guarantee. For lesser fees, we offer either a one-year replacement guarantee or a 90-day, pro-rated refund.
